New to Warhammer 40,000? Start Here
The easiest way into 40K is a Combat Patrol box — a ready-made army core for your chosen faction that costs less than buying the kits separately. Pick the faction whose look or lore grabs you, add brushes and paints, and you're in the hobby.
Not sure which faction fits? Come by the Escondido store — our staff play, paint, and will happily talk you through it. We also stock paints, glues, and hobby tools for every step after the first box.
Warhammer 40K at On Board Gaming — FAQ
