This multipart plastic upgrade set allows you to customise your Space Marine miniatures – including infantry, Terminators, vehicles, and Dreadnoughts – by giving them even more Ultramarines flavour and personality. You'll find extra accessories, cosmetic details, characterful heads, and sculpted shoulder pads for a variety of armour types.

Transfer Sheet
– 1x Ultramarines Upgrade Transfer Sheet, containing 255 high-quality waterslide transfers. These include Chapter icons for the Ultramarines, battlefield role icons, campaign badges, numbers, honour markings, and larger transfers to decorate your vehicles.

This upgrade kit comprises 69 plastic components and is designed to be assembled with other plastic Space Marine kits, including Intercessors, Aggressors, Terminators, Infiltrators, and more, all of which are sold separately. These components are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Preorder deposit policy: Preorder deposits cannot be canceled. For orders that are to be shipped emails will go out once distribution confirms the order so you can pay the balance due on the order including shipping. Orders that will be picked up in store can be paid for in store. Balances due must be paid in full within a week of the release date. After that the deposit will be forfeited and returned to stock. Should any cuts or allocations occur and your order cannot be filled at release the order will be cancelled and refunded. 

 

Paid in full preorder policy: Preorders that are paid in full upfront will have a 25% cancelation fee. Orders not picked up within a week of the release will be cancelled and refunded less the cancellation fee unless. If you can’t make it within a week of release just let us know so arrangements can be made


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sealed TCG products or singles. (unless there was an error on condition or card) Events tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time of the event. after that are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
