Geomancy doesn’t always go according to the plan. Nevertheless, our metal dice are to be created with dedication and risk. Metal Steampunk RPG dice cannot be simply cast in the factory of Q WORKSHOP. We must use alternative methods, so we used the power of thunders and water. We bought a machine for the production of storm clouds, built in a dice cast machine and overcharged it. Now we know two things: firstly, you would not want to be around. Secondly, that‘s the way our metal steampunk dice will be created! Dice were falling from the sky like hail. We couldn’t keep up with collecting and packing them into our elegant boxes. Created from tin, Jupiter's metal, they are the top creation of our geomants. Then we only had to polish them and decorate with elegant symbolic cogs and wheels carvings, so that they fit into the best frock coat of our clients. They are sophisticated and effective in all games. We recommend our ladies customers a tasteful pouch for them and maybe a mechanical boy to carry them, because it's a decent metal, not some kind of empty shell.

Advice for the Elegant Gentlemen of the Age of Steam

Nothing works better for women like an elegant man in a matching three-piece suit. Well, maybe a gallant style and joie de vivre. A suit is today's knight's , and just aa a shiny  can have no scratches, the same goes for the suit – not  spot is allowed. Grease, gasoline, ectoplasm  passé. Only dragon's blood is acceptable, and only when you have just saved the world or the desirable mademoiselle. Clothing accessories are very important too. Wyvern’s shoes, silk tie from Shangri-la and Atlantis cufflinks are  valued, although many men have them. However, a seven-piece set of metal steampunk dice for a three-part suit is something that few men can boast of. These dice have a style, they are made of hard metal and they are a sign of character. Returns, Refunds & Order Pickup

In-store pickup

Orders placed for in-store pickup become available on:

  • Pre-orders: the product's release date (or the day the product actually arrives at our store, if later), and
  • All other orders: the day we notify you that your order is ready for pickup.

Please pick up your order within 7 calendar days of it becoming available. Orders still unclaimed 10 days after becoming available will be cancelled and the items returned to stock. Paid orders will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee; for deposit-based pre-orders, the deposit is forfeited.

Can't make it in within the week? Just let us know at shop@on-boardgaming.com or (760) 566-6782 and arrangements can be made — we're happy to hold orders longer at our discretion (for example, if you're out of town).

Pre-orders

  • Deposit pre-orders: Deposits are non-refundable and reserve your item. Once our distributor confirms stock, we'll send an invoice for the balance, which is due within 7 days of the release date. If the balance isn't paid by then, the deposit is forfeited and the item returns to stock.
  • Paid-in-full pre-orders: May be cancelled before release for a refund less a 25% cancellation fee. After release, the pickup policy above applies.

Returns

Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase (or delivery, for shipped orders). Items must be unopened and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at shop@on-boardgaming.com.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Trading Card Game and Collectible Card Game products of any kind — sealed product, packs, and singles — except where we made an error regarding a card's condition or identity
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or pre-owned goods
  • Items that have been opened or unsealed, for health and hygiene reasons

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it (photos help us resolve things quickly). We'll exchange it or make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at shop@on-boardgaming.com.

Event tickets

Event tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to 24 hours before the event starts. After that, they are non-refundable.

Return shipping

If a return is due to our error — wrong product, missing items, or an item that arrived damaged or defective — we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return items to: 316 W Mission Ave #117, Escondido, CA 92025. When paying for shipping yourself, we recommend an insured, trackable service — we can't issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.
