SOME THINGS ARE BETTER LEFT IN THE DARK Unravel the mysteries of the City of Scholars and make your way down to the underground maze at the bottom of the ruins. Set up your camp on the surface and unearth secrets lost to the depths. Watch your step and be careful not to delve too far—some things are better left in the dark. Booster packs and displays are the ideal way to collect Rare and Unique Altered cards or to draft with your friends! Whether you’re looking for new cards to complete your collection or the perfect card to add to your deck, booster packs are full of surprises, with one Unique card dropping in every 8 booster packs!

  • Booster packs are the ideal product for players and collectors alike. Each pack comes with endless deckbuilding possibilities
  • Whispers from the Maze is the second expansion for Altered, with 282 cards to build new strategies around. Build your camp in the City of Scholars and explore the secrets of the maze down below, but be careful what you unearth.
  • Each booster pack is designed for Draft and Sealed formats. Stores need only 4 packs per player for Draft and 7 packs per player for Sealed to run Altered events.
  • With 1 Unique card dropping every 8 boosters, players always have a chance to open a card that no one else has ever seen!
  • With the Altered app, players can scan their booster packs in seconds to add them to their digital collection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Preorder deposit policy: Preorder deposits cannot be canceled. For orders that are to be shipped emails will go out once distribution confirms the order so you can pay the balance due on the order including shipping. Orders that will be picked up in store can be paid for in store. Balances due must be paid in full within a week of the release date. After that the deposit will be forfeited and returned to stock. Should any cuts or allocations occur and your order cannot be filled at release the order will be cancelled and refunded. 

 

Paid in full preorder policy: Preorders that are paid in full upfront will have a 25% cancelation fee. Orders not picked up within a week of the release will be cancelled and refunded less the cancellation fee unless. If you can’t make it within a week of release just let us know so arrangements can be made


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sealed TCG products or singles. (unless there was an error on condition or card) Events tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time of the event. after that are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
